How to get there:
This mountain is located in the Sveio municipality, along E-39 south of Bergen.
A good trailhead is at location N59.60059, E5.45949, elevation around 50 meter.
There is space for parking several cars.
Route:
Head a short way up the road and look for a trail that forks left from the road.
There is a collection of various items hanging in the nearby trees.
Next, follow this trail to the summit. The trail is generally well marked
with red paint. You will first hit the antenna near the summit, then continue
a short stretch to the distinct highest point. Comments:
I did this hike with my friend Kjell. Quite a nice, but short walk got us to
the summit around 1355. Good views and a nice summit.
We returned to the car, planning to next visit
Børshovda.
