How to get there:
This mountain is located in the Sveio municipality, near E-39 south of Bergen.
Go south-east about 2.5 kilometer on Hwy. 4944, forking off E-39 in Førde.
A good trailhead is at location N59.60059, E5.45949, elevation around 45 meter.
This is a small side road. There is no parking here, but there is a small spot for
a single car about 50 meter away.
Route:
Follow the forest road until a very clear trail forks right and starts climbing uphill.
The trail is quite nice and plesant as it winds its way to the summit. Comments:
I did this hike with my friend Kjell. Quite a nice, but short walk got us to
the summit around 1500. Good views and a nice summit.
We returned to the car, it was about
time to start driving back to Bergen after a nice outing in Sveio.
