In April 1193 the magus Tartatius, follower of Verditius, comes to Provence from the covenant of Verdi on Sardinia in the Tribunal of Rome, Domus Magnus of house Verditius, to find a covenant where he can settle, or most probably found a new one.
In Perpignan he meets Aeiliendée, hedge wizard and follower of Merinita, who joins him in the search for a site for a new covenant.
We assume that Doissetep and Val Negra exist as in 3rd edition,
so that Doissetep is in Aquitania and dominates the tribunal, and
Val Negra is lost in time and space, but used to be Domus Magnus
Flambeaux and located in the Pyrenees.
