Route description:
This mountain can be climbed from Jordalen. I climbed this summit as the number 2 peak on a 3-summit ski tour. See the route below as well as the report from the trip.
Report/Comments:
After visiting Blåfjellet, I continued skiing up the nice valley going south from lake Muravatnet. Immediately, when reaching the pass, I turned right and ascended a pretty nice slope, then gradually turning more south to locate the highest point.
It had taken me about 2.5 hours from the summit of Blåfjellet. The weather was now quite good, still cold and a breeze, but sunshine all over. Good views west. Next, I descended in a small valley to reach lake Ytredalsvatnet. The trip now continued to Klantane.
