A good point of reference is the large city of Davao with flight connections to Manila (domestic), but also international like Singapore. A 2 day cllimb of Apo, typically involves starting from a hotel in Davao on day, then first drive (a few hours) to the trailhead. The trailhead is near location N06.95513, E125.31700, elevation about 1160 meter.
