Information:

How to get there: This summit is the highest on Hallingskarvet that is located east of Folarskardet. See the Folarskardnuten description for more details.
Route description:
The easiest route is likely from Folarskardet and directly uphill to the summit. The slope is a bit more gentle when ascending towards the left side. Higher up, the plateau is pretty flat as you cross a shallow lower part before locating the summit. From the summit, the route follows the broad plateau of Hallingskarvet to its last independent summit, named Prestholtskarvet. The route is not all flat, but contains a number of gentle ups and downs.
Comments: The morning did not come with excellent weather. Tor and his son (17 years), decided to descend, then ski towards Ustaoset. We started out around 0815 and arrived at the summit shortly before 1000.
Unfortunately, the visibility disappeared and we had to navigate by GPS the rest of the route.
