Information:

Here is a quick summary of my climbs in the Azores islands.
How to get there:
This mountain is located next to a main road. Locate the road that originates near Lagoa (west of Ponta Delgada), then heads up in the direction of Lagoa do Fogo, continuing north to Ribeira Grande. This road may be marked as ER-5-2. At its highest point, overlooking lake Fogo, there is a small parking and a narrow side road runs up the final hill serving several antennas. One may drive all the way up, but it may be more convenient to park at the main Hwy. and do the short 5 minute walk to the highest point.
Route description:
Just walk up the narrow, concrete road, stay on the left branch. Near the end of the road, you will locate a summit marker sort of buried by larger structures.
Comments:
I had climbed the island highest point earlier in the day and drove past this location on my way back to Ponta Delgada.
