Information:

How to get there: I arrived to this mountain along a ski route from the small town of Røros to the NTHI cabin Taagaabu. Taagaabu is most easily accessed from Budal. Thus, the mountain is located in the south-east part of Sør-Trøndelag. The mountain is just west of the lake Forolsjøen (993m). One should consult a local map to identify an alternate and more direct approach.
Route description: We climbed the mountain on skis, along a ridge from the north. We started out from the lake near a hut just north of the mountain (near the western part of the lake) The approach was not difficult.
Comments: I did this climb with my friend Odmund while the rest of the team was still resting in a cabin near the base of the mountain. We had thick fog (clouds), but the peak reached above the clouds and provided a very memorable view across to a few other peaks that also managed to reach up above the clouds.
