Move “Authors” to its own file and add more data

Of the new data, these are in my opinion important:

• SVN id
• Status

“SVN id” is the SVN username. In particular, its the name that the
person commits under as far as SVN is concerned. These names are pretty
straightforward for Anya and Andreas, but Tero was so unfortunate as to
get assigned a completely anti-mnemonic name—there’s not even one letter
in that ID that is in his actul name. In fact, this might be the primary
reason for why I made this table to begin with.

“Status” is whether that person is currently active on the project or
not.

This filename is consistent with what is recommended in this
document (retrieved 2016-11-08):
