    melt butter in the oven in a 4-inch diameter skillet, ramekin or baking dish. while the butter is melting, whisk the egg until light. gradually add milk and flour and beat until you are happy. now is the time for you to show off with that fancy frying pan of yours.. (the frog should be served raw)
