The route is identical to the route on Mount Eolus until
the col between Mount Eolus and North Eolus. See the description
under Mount Eolus for this.
From the col, instead of heading across the "Catwalk" (to Mount
Eolus), one scrambles up the opposite ridge on good rock to the summit
of North Eolus. Comments:
I did this climb with Pål Jørgen, age 12. The scramble
up on North Eolus is class 2+ on very good rock.
We did this "extra credit" partly because
we had clouds on Mount Eolus, but by the time we were down on the ridge
the clouds had cleared and the sun was warm and bright.
