How to get there:
Drive Hwy. 57 north from Knarvik (signs for Mongstad). Before arriving in the village of Lindås, the road runs in a pretty long tunnel under Lyngfjellet. Shortly after this tunnel, make left turn, then a second left turn in order to drive to the south side of the mountain. A small road leads uphill towards the summit, you may park on the right hand side of the main road, just opposite of this access road. this location is at N60.72776 E005.18352, elevation about 65 meter.
Route description:
Hike up the road to a big antenna. A small trail continues a very short stretch to the highest point.
Comments:
This is a rather short hike, allow 15 minutes up and 10 for your return. The road was closed off by a fence near the highest farm. Parking along this road is awkward, the best option is really to hike from the very base.
The trip continued to Hodnakletten.
