Information:

How to get there:
Drive south from Bergen along E-39 towards the ferry at Haljem. After two traffic circles and a tunnel, there is a second exit to the village of Os. Do not take this, but continue along the main road (E-39) and take the first possible side road going right. Turn right again (T-junction) and drive up to the place called Moberglia. Just as you have a large (white) house on your left and then get to a sharp right curve, look for parking off the road on your left (a small spot). Parking is difficult higher up. This is location N60:10.513 E005:26.611, elevation about 140 meter.
Route description:
Continue up the road and locate the sign on your left at the trailhead. Follow the trail and subsequent signs for Storevarden. This is a big trail, after the first gate, you keep left, the right at the second trail fork. There is a pretty good view point and a big cairn. Note that the cairn is not at the highest point. The highest point, estimated at 261 meter, is located on the right side of the trail about 100 meter before the cairn.
See also the excellent WEB pages of Arnt Flatmo, describing a slight variation.
Comments:
I left my car at 1405 and arrived on top around 1425. I enjoyed the good views and explored the area with a 260 contour (higher than the cairn 259!) before returning to the car around 1440.
