Information:

How to get there:
From Bergen, take the main highway towards Sotra. After the tunnel going through Lyderhorn, exit with the sign for Loddefjord. In the first traffic circle, just as you exit, go right towards Olsvik. Drive about 1.6 kilometer. The road is now gently downhill. Look for a left turn with the sign Olsvikåsen and Olsvik Church. Follow this road all the wayt to the top where it ends with a large parking area serving the church. This is the trailhead, location N60:22.725, E005:13.208, elevation approximately 135 meter.
Route description:
From the parking, walk towards the church and locate a forest road that heads into the woods to your left. Follow this road until a big trail forks right (the road ends just slightly ahead). Follow the trail somewhat more steeply uphill to the trig. marker at a nice, open summit.
Comments:
I left my car at 1105 and arrived at the summit at 1115. The weather was foggy, so a few summit pictures then a return hike back to the car at 1125.
