Information:

How to get there:
Drive from Bergen north on E-39. Cross the big floating bridge, then exit right and continue on Hwy. 564 all the way to Rossland. The road leaves the fjord and runs just below Eidsfjellet (up on your left). Continue until you pass the left exit to a motor-sport area, then immediately park in a small turnout on the right hand side. This is the best parking, location N60.58105 E005.06661, elevation about 60 meter.
Route description:
Continue about 75 meter along the road, then locate the trailhead on the left hand side, a sign and a trail starts here. Follow this trail to the summit, no problems.
Comments:
I left about 1315 and had an easy walk upto the summit, arriving there after 25 minutes. A big storm was about to come ashore, the wind was already at the level of stron gale or small storm. I signed the summit register, then descended back to my car, arriving there at 1405. Just as I started driving, the rain started, to continue the rest of the day.
