How to get there: The best access is from Vauldalen on the highway going east from Røros to Sweden.
Route description: This mountain area is quite accessible, one can walk almost anywhere. There are several trails in the area some of which are marked on the standard Norwegian topographical map in scale 1:50000, that should be carried.
Comments: The entire mountain area was explored and criss-crossed by me and my father as part of his use of this area for hunting ptarmigan (Norwegian "rype").
