EinSum: Class support for Einsten Summation

EinSum is a class library that supports tensors with index notation, including Einstein summation. We use the following rules for index notation:

• All indices on the left hand side of an assignment are regarded as free.
• Repeated indices on the right hand side, at least once as upper and once as lower, are summation indices.
