Does this correspond to the tree?

The first set is the set of "classical chromo domains linked to chromo shadow domains" (except the SpSWI6_A sequence) in Aasland's and Stewart's tree. The second is the set of "chromo shadow domains" in Aasland and Stewart's tree (except for the SpSWI6_B). Note that these two are identical to the ones found using the more efficient standard algorithm (results). The third and fourth do not correspond to any clear subtrees in the tree (and are different from the sets found by the standard algorithm).
