I have written my own character sheets in LaTeX, based on Thomas G. Epperly's sheets which have been available from the Berkeley archive. Separate gzipped PostScript files are available for magi, consortes and grogs. Warning: The magus sheets are still under preparation.
The LaTeX source provides a simple way to create character sheets with partly or completely filled in characters, except for a few of the tables. Old sources are available as well.
I also have some other versions which I have aquired through the net.
