According to "official" Ars timeline, the Tribunal would be either in 1186 or 1194. Iberia appears to meet every 7or eight years, since it meets in 1207 and 1214. Also 1194 is the Grand Tribunal and the three magi representing Iberia will ahve too be chosen - a political and important event and some matter of discussion will be held on this.
