This button generates a 3-dimensional VRML file of the right part of the dendrogram. The saved file must be opened with a VRML-browser or a web-browser with the plugins installed. These plugins can be downloaded from the browser's site on the web. The model can be rotated and zoomed, and in some browsers it is even possible to walk around it. The height and color-intensity of the bars are directly linked to the expression values, green for negative and red for positive. The genenames are written on the side.
The genefinder will search for genes in the dendrogram and display a red line on the left side of each gene with a name that contains the searchstring. When the gene is found, it should be opened with the zoomer by clicking a green square that defines its cluster for further studies.
This command is selected from the file menu. It will save a textrepresentation of the selected cluster or the complete dendrogram. Se example below.
This is selected from the filemenu and will save the complete dendrogram as a gif-image. Note that this image can be very large if the loaded dataset is large.
