The SPECTRUM project aims to advance the state-of-the-art within spectrum management for communication
networks. This includes identifying what constraints are relevant for frequency assignment problems and to
develop faster and more efficient heuristics and algorithms for these problems. The solutions will be
verified both through theory and practical implementations. The Spectrum project will be developing
solutions both for centralized and distributed settings.
