We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference at the conference hotel. These rooms are available at a favourable price on a first come, first served basis. After 1 July, there is no guarantee that you will obtain a room at the conference hotel, or, if you obtain one, that the price will match that negotiated for Calco participants.
Prices at Grand Hotel Terminus, the conference hotel:Prices include breakfast and free wire-less Internet access (in most rooms and public areas). The economy rooms are intended for students willing to share room with another conference participant.

August is high season for hotels in Bergen, so obtaining alternative or late accommodation may be difficult.
Prices are in NOK (Norwegian Kroner). Approximate Eur/GBP equivalent in parenthesis in the overview below. The full conference fee includes a nice lunch and 2 coffee breaks every day, as well as a copy of the LNCS proceedings. There are additional fees for the conference dinner and the excursion. It is possible to participate for a single day, e.g., the workshop day only, but the single day price does not include the proceedings.
Cancellation/change of registration, may incur a fee of up to 300 NOK before July 1st, and up to the full registration fee (very unlikely) after this date.
It is strongly advised to order transportation (air, sea) early. Though the transport capacity to and from Bergen is large, prices fluctuate a lot, especially on the direct flights. A factor of more than 10 between lowest (early booking) fare and highest fare is common.
