How to get there:
Take the ferry from Haljem to Våge. Drive south to Uggdal, turn left
and continue to lake Onarheimsvatnet, Shortly after this lake, fork uphill
on your right and find parking near the first road-fork at location
N59.95425, E5.61707, elevation near 130 meter.
Route:
Continue up the road, stay left at the fork, then go right before the
left branch does its final ascent to the local top named Blåbærhaugen.
At the end of the road, just continue uphill
and you will easily reach the summit.
The terrain is fairly open and easy to walk.
Comments:
I did this trip with my wife Heidi. We walked up the road, then split, she would
visit Blåbærhaugen (collecting a "stolpe"), then proceed to the end of
the other branching road (another stolpe), then we would hopefully descend about the
same time back down the road to the car.
This plan worked well, to reach the summit was easy, I took a couple of pictures.
On return, I caught up with Heidi shortly below the first fork (counting uphill).
