How to get there:
This mountain is on the island Tysnes. Easy to reach by ferry from Halhjem, south of
Bergen. The ferry should go to Våge.
This hill is located north-east of the island Skorpo. Locate the trailhead
at location N59.923827, E005.643616, where a
tractor forest road exits right.
Route:
Follow the forest road to
reach a local high point with an antenna.
To gain the highest point, backtrack a little, then head west to
locate the highest point
about 150 meter west of the antenna.
Comments:
I left at 1250, the climb took 15 minutes. Returning at
1320, for a total trip time of 30 minutes. This was the
shortest hike of the day, I next continued
to Kleppavarden.
